Can I buy individual skeins of a fade set?Absolutely! Input the name of the individual colorway in the search box on the top of the screen and you should be able to find it. The colorway name can be found in the images of the fade sets and also in the description box.

What is the difference between different cotton yarns?Natural cotton yarn is khadi cotton yarn spun by hand. The thickness is not even throughout the length of the skein. However it is much softer and lighter. Classic cotton yarn is a mill spun yarn. The thickness is uniform and the yarn is soft. Mercerized cotton yarn also a mill spun yarn that has undergone a process called mercerization that gives it the sheen. The thickness is uniform and the yarn is shiny and soft. All three yarns can be used as a substitution for each other in their weight category. However we ask you to be mindful of the pattern gauge too.

Why is my yarn bleeding colors?While I thoroughly wash the yarn after dying some light bleeding may occur during the first wash. This is completely normal with hand-dyed yarn. You may use a commercially available fabric dye fixer solution to fix excess bleeding. However please also be careful not to use any harsh detergents to wash your handmades.

How long will it take for my yarns to reach me?Orders will be shipped between 2-4 business days after placing them. Your yarns will be shipped via India Speed post. Therefore, the delivery time depends upon how close you stay to our location (Bengaluru), 1-7 days.

What is the "Store pickup" option?If you live in Bengaluru and choose to pick up your order by yourself or through any other delivery partner, you may do so by choosing the 'Store pickup' option while checking out. You will receive an email communication when your order is ready to be picked up. All the charges regarding this pickup service shall be borne by you as a customer. Our location is marked on the Google maps in case you want to check your distance from us.

How can I cancel my order?Order once placed cannot be edited or cancelled. However if you want to combine multiple orders and send it in one package, please send us an email to yarnamour.in@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?I am a yarnaholic - just like you guys. I know how important it is to be happy with your yarn, and I want you all to love your new squish. I take pride in my work and I will not send out any skeins I don’t feel are top quality. Therefore, we will not be offering refunds or exchanges. If you are extremely unhappy, please email us. However, this does not include being unhappy with the colour. Every product (including journals, stitch markers and Knitpro products) goes through a strict quality check before dispatching them to you. Therefore we are willing to assist you in fixing the issues regarding them if there should be any. However no refunds or returns shall be accepted.
